Rental Conditions

Terms:
50% deposit due upon contract agreement. Balance due upon arrival of event. 

50% of the total rental contract is due no later than 45 days prior to the event.The final 50% must be paid on the first day of the event, after the simulator has been delivered and set up, prior to the event start time.

The 50% deposit becomes non-refundable within 7 days of the event. However, if your event is cancelled or delayed, this deposit may be applied as a credit toward a future event.

A fee of 15% will apply to all other rental cancellations. 

Electrical Requirements:
Dedicated 15 AMP/110 AC for power strip to bay.

Dimensions Needed:
20’ D X 12’ H X 17’ W

Setup/Operating Personnel:
Professional representative(s) will be provided during operating hours.
